Blew fuse in my truck and didn't heat food.
I tried to use for the first time and it was very difficult to get the lid to close. It blew a fuse in my Tacoma. So obviously it didn't heat my food and my lunch is cold. I do not recommend this product.

Broke very easily.
Husband went to use it the first time and one of the clips snapped off when he went to close it. Unfortunately he tossed the box before this so we couldn't exchange or replace it. He sometimes will still try to use it and enjoys it the couple times he's tried but because the latch is broken he can't only use it with very select items.

Very poor quality product
Very low-quality product, the lid cannot be closed. There is a gap when forcing it closed. It should be that the box is deformed or the merchant did not do any quality inspection.

Cheap Material
Received it with one of the side clips broken. I also couldn’t get any of the other clips back on without feeling like I would break those as well. Great idea, just cheap material! Found a different brand that was same price but much better quality in the clips.
