Q: Is this good for the 2213 filter

No - its for 2215 & 2217. The right one for 2213 is Eheim AEH7433710 Axle Set for 2211/2213

Q: Does this work for an Intex pure spa shaft replacement?

Yes it does. You need to carefully snip a tiny amount off the end to fit. Use your old broken to get exact length. Unfortunately they do not last long. My last was a month. Easy to change out though. Cheaper buying a few of these than buying a new tub! Still looking for a steel type one that lasts longer.

I don't know - mine are 2215 filters

I do not know what size your filter uses, but be sure to measure the length of the one you are replacing. I didn't and got the wrong one originally. I have an Eheim ECCO that is about 10 or 12 years old, and ordered what looked just like mine, but the shaft was too long. If you have the box, or any of the original instructions, the size would be there, or at least a model # to go by. If not, look online.
