I am blown away by how delightfully delicate and delicious this kelp pasta is! The directions were easy to follow and soaking the pasta prior to boiling it led to such a lovely mild taste that provided an excellent base and makes me consider all of the endless pasta opportunities! I truly appreciate having such a healthy alternative that doesn’t skimp out on taste, so I don’t have to choose between taste or nutrition. I admit I was skeptical prior to trying it about how it would turn out, but now I am fully convinced this is the best healthy pasta alternative, no more zoodles please! This has a way better texture closer to actual wheat based pasta, and I will be a returning customer for sure. 😊

Feel scammed and definitely not worth 9.99 & I do not even feel like trying it. Product is made in P.R.C. which is Peoples Republic of China.

The experience of eating the kelp pasta is very similar to normal pasta, with similar preparation and a similar texture. I loved it - I felt briefly like I was a mermaid having dinner under the sea.Some pros and cons…Pros:- Cooks faster than regular pasta- Easy to chew- Delicious with and without sauces and spicesCons:- Pre-cooking prep time nullifies the time saved when cooking- The cost: ultimately because of it, this is a one-time purchase for me

I liked the easy addition of iodine and other sea minerals to the diet. I was not crazy about the “sea” flavor, but that was perfectly well camouflaged when mixed with cream of mushroom soup. (But, the process of cleaning, cutting, cooking, storing leftovers, etc. was a bit much for someone who has lost the inclination & ability to prepare meals.)

I appreciate that there's a healthy and eco-friendly pasta alternative. Great for my gluten free diet.

Is quite good. I will order again. Exact spaghetti texture. Definitely rinse in the full 8 cups of water. First time I had it I didn't and had to do an extra rinse. Still good 😊.

Too fishy tasting even after soaking and cooking. Yuck
