Cool relief
This is sooooo wonderful for my neck and even shoulder pain but a great second use is a head wrap and headache relief. Can be cold or gently heated for soothing relieve of pain or aches. Super soft and holds the velcro closed securely.

Essential for Post-Op Neck Recovery
Neck Recovery I bought this cool gel pad specifically for my husband to use after his Cervical Spine Surgery, and it has been a huge help for the swelling around his incision on the front of his neck. The Pros: Perfect Texture: Even after being in the freezer, the pad stays soft and flexible. This makes it very easy to wrap comfortably around the neck without it being stiff or bulky against a sensitive wound. Effective Cooling: Putting it in the freezer for about 4 hours makes it perfectly cold. It has definitely helped with his healing process and managing the post-surgical inflammation. Gentle on the Skin: Because it stays pliable, it fits the contours of the neck much better than a standard hard ice pack. The Cons: Short Duration: My only complaint is that the cold doesn't last very long. We find it stays cold for only about 10–15 minutes before it starts to warm up. Overall Verdict: Despite needing to swap it out frequently, it is much more comfortable for a neck injury than a regular ice pack. If you are buying this for surgery recovery, I’d actually recommend getting two so you can always have one rotating in the freezer!

Cooling Gel Neck Wrap – A Game Changer for Neck Pain Relief
I've been struggling with neck pain for some time, and despite trying various over-the-counter painkillers, nothing seemed to provide relief. After consulting my chiropractor, they suggested using cold compresses to help reduce inflammation. That’s when I decided to try the cooling gel neck wrap, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I first used the wrap, I noticed a significant difference. The cooling gel effectively alleviates the pain and discomfort within minutes. The design is comfortable to wear, and it contours perfectly to my neck, providing targeted relief exactly where I need it. What I appreciate most is how convenient it is to use. The gel stays cool for an extended period, allowing me to relax and focus on my day without constantly reapplying ice packs or other solutions. It’s become a staple in my pain management routine. I genuinely recommend this cooling gel neck wrap to anyone suffering from neck pain. It has made a real difference in my daily life, and I’m sure it can do the same for others experiencing similar issues. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!

Yes to the product
Yes. This is a good product. It can be to cold on the skin but I live it for my knees and back also.good price. I keep it in my freezer in case it is needed. It is a soft feel like gel I like that most about it. I hate hard ice feeling. It doesnt last as long like frozen ice but it doesnt take long to get very cold

Worth it
It is only roomy and flush in back if you have a slender neck. It doesn't stay cold longer than 15 minutes...which is a HUGE drawback. THAT is really my only complaint. It is SOFT and very comfortable. It would just be better if there were a size slightly bigger and if it stayed cold for at least a solid hour. That would make it much better. If it could stay cold for a couple of hours, it would be incredible. It has provided relief and doesn't irritate my skin, but can't stay cold.

Very easy to use. Fits very comfortably.
This was a godsend. I tried using cold packs that I had around the house and they just didn’t fit right and were really annoying. Took a chance and bought this and it hit all the places on my back along my spinal cord perfectly. I even went to bed with it on.

Great for migraines/tension/sinus headaches!
I could not believe how cold this was and how long it stayed cold for! Better than any ice pack I've ever used for a migraine or sinus headache! I haven't tried it warm yet but prefer cold anyway!
