How to use cheap verniers and where.
*1, For raw material with rough surfaces, to check raw material it's best suitable.*2, Its ok for Accuracy of ±1mm.*3, it's cheap. no operator will touch it, theft proof.*4, No tension of callibiration, since we know it.

For a price of 650, this is actually a good vernier calliper.It accurate and works good.

Product quality needs to be improved.
Service of Amazon is Awsome. But the product received defective. Picture shows INCH & MM both. But received Only MM. ID measurement Side is overlapped giving error of 0.5mm. Main Jaw also not found linear.

Professional item
A professional finish product. I dont have any other means to check the accuracy, but the build quality and measurement markings are good. I dont think one can get such quality for six hundred rupees. Least count is 0.02 mm. Not really interested in inches. Comes with a plastic box.

Not for engineering measurements!
Pro's:-1. Visible markings2. LightweightCon's1. Precision up to only 0.1 mm (Very disappointing). Even though markings indicate a precision of 0.02 mm.2. There is zero error.Verdict:Do not buy this for engineering measurements. I recommend it for high school laboratories or general measurements above 0.1 mm.
