Working over year, no issues, windows 11
Works with win 11, own for over a year no issue, only use it for general home use. Some Games are stored on a network drive, so it helps out there, lately I've been creating back files and moving 100 gig of data will show a transfer speed around 8gbs, but that is most likely the server limit for writing. I don't recall any issues install the product, but i may have had to search for a driver. (also installed an rj45 10g and that took tweeking,)

Great SFP+ card
Got this sfp+ card to get high speed (10gb) data ports on my linux nas. Simple enough to plug in and it was detected automatically. Need to get sfp+ modules and the fiber cable to connect to the switch, but once you do it works great. Fast speeds, no issues so far with high speed transfers. Great cost effective option.

Great for a Peer to Peer Private Network
A 10 gigabit connection supports, roughly speaking, 1 gigabyte transfer speeds which is, again roughly speaking, about as fast as an in-home or private network will ever need, even with an optimized RAID. In short, it's a future proof connection. I have an expanding database--as databases do--and a couple of PCs that are not powerful enough to stand alone but are too powerful to just toss. With 10Gb cards, I can connect them in a useful way and can avoid building, for a few more years, the single computer that can handle everything. At the end of the day, I'm out about 10% of the cost of a full upgrade.

Die Karte wurde zunächst unter Windows Server 2022 nicht erkannt und erforderte ein Firmware-Update.Es sind ausschließlich originale Intel-Treiber notwendig, da die mitgelieferte Software veraltet ist; die beiliegende CD kann daher ignoriert werden.Nach dem Update funktioniert die Karte stabil und erreicht den erwarteten Datendurchsatz über das DAC-Kabel zum Switch. Zudem ist Wake-on-LAN (WOL) verfügbar, sofern das BIOS/UEFI dies unterstützt.Für ältere Server gilt zu beachten, dass die Karte nur im EFI-Modus ohne PXE funktionsfähig ist.Ist also für die Plug&Pray-Fraktion nur bedingt geeignet, da sie ohne Zutun nicht unbedingt out of the box rennt.
