This wonderful old standby still keeps pots and pan cleaning to a minimum. I love the way these bags make meats so tender. Just add meat, veggies and seasonings and pop in the oven for the correct time for whatever you are cooking. No fuss, no mess and meat so tender it falls off the bone. A west coast family favorite we could not find here on the east coast. Was grateful Amazon sold it. It’s a quick, juicy, easy and delicious way to do pork chops. Good for beginner cooks.

I have been using this product for years but no longer find it available in local grocery stores. I like to add a few drops of soy sauce around my pork chops and a nice sized slice of onion over each chop before tying up the bag for baking. They always come out so tender and favorable with no mess.
