Very good product

It is very bad product, very low sound, pain in ears when you wear it, discount and kept on pod but still connected from mobile, a very worst product, I want to return it however no return option available,my bad I choose this product with reviewing the details... Expecting Amazon may help and currently on cal to get the solution from half n hour... Let see will update once get response..... A very very very very very very very bad product don't trust on NOISE product, since if they are good in product then they must have given return policy instead of replacement.... Since they now the product is problematic hence no return option in Amazon...... Attached photo of the proof that product is packed and kept on pod but still connected with mobile... Privacy issues...

I bought these earbuds yesterday, and honestly, I’m super impressed with them so far. 🔋 Battery Life: The claim of up to 80 hours seems true — I used them almost the whole day, and the battery barely moved. That’s a huge relief compared to my old earbuds. 🎶 Sound Quality: The 16mm custom drivers make a real difference. The bass feels punchy, vocals are clear, and the overall balance is perfect whether it’s music, movies, or even phone calls. 🎧 Noise Cancellation: The Environmental Noise Cancellation works well, especially during calls. Even in a noisy background, the person on the other side could hear me clearly. 💦 Build & Comfort: The ear hook design (Pure Band) makes them sit securely on the ears, which is great for workouts or biking. Plus, the IPX5 water resistance means I don’t have to worry about sweat or rain. ⚡ First Impression: For something I just bought, the comfort, sound quality, and battery life are way above my expectations. The matte black design also looks very premium. 👉 Verdict (Day 1): Totally worth the price! If they perform this good on the first day, I’m excited to see how they hold up in the long run.

The looks are good. Battery life is good but is not as claimed. It fits ok. If you use spectacles then it causes a little inconvenience. There is a faint static noise if you are not listening to something. Otherwise sound quality is good. Connects easily. Mic quality is ok. Bit highly priced. The touch controls on the pods are a bit tricky.

If zero stars were an option, this would get them — gift-wrapped and delivered with a warning label. 🚫 I ordered brand-new earbuds and received something that looked pulled out of someone else’s drawer. The speaker mesh had what appeared to be earwax residue (disgusting). The box was battered, yellowed, dusty, and clearly old. Inside, the cable compartment paper was already torn, and the tray beneath the pod had black grime stains. Nothing about this package said “new.” Everything said “previous owner.” 🤮 Then came the replacement process — a bureaucratic obstacle course. Endless fields, photo uploads, microscopic details… as if applying for a passport rather than returning a defective product. After finally submitting everything, the page timed out and wiped it all. I had to redo the entire process while already furious. Now there’s only a complaint token and silence for two days. Selling an unhygienic used product as new is bad enough. Making the customer fight this hard for a replacement is worse. This wasn’t just frustrating — it was exhausting, infuriating, and deeply disappointing. Proceed at your own risk. ⚠️

Product quantity is good but sound quality is not as satisfying

It fits to the ear waterproof, stylish to use. Cluetooth connectivity is high it connects immediately and is compatible with Laptop, and Phones. The sound quality, is great, but not for the music lovers. It is great for people who want to avoid the conversation, and listen light music for relxation. Battery backup could have been more better. Drawback: Very Delicate, so handle with care, it breaks if given a little bit of pressure regularly. It is worth buying for people who are lisght music lover, not the beats lover, because the ear peice will not go inside the ears, so no beats, but over all worth buying it. I have tried other brands too, as per the price the features and output is good.

not sure I'll keep it as I'm looking for something very specific but I will say these are excellent quality. Sound is superb, neckband is functional, headphones are secure with the TWS earloops or the neckband. Great design. Touch/gesture controls are solid... I wish this had an app to customize the gesture controls. I would prefer to be able to change the volume up/down to hold-touch gestures. When you hold touch, on the left side—it plays a strange message? "We fight" or "Game over" to volume up/down, you have tap once each time for a volume level. which is a bit cumbersome, especially given that other gestures are multiple taps, like 3 taps quickly for previous/next on either side. a hold touch would be much better for volume control. I am very likely returning this but again, only because I'm looking for a very specific design and function. I absolutely recommend trying this product. one of the better pairs of open ear headphones I've sampled. Solid product! Pros: +Secure Neckband, earloops +Great sound quality +Easy to clean, it seems? +Simple, functional touch-gesture controls Cons: -A little stiff to change between neckband/earloops. Have to be careful pushing them out. Definitely could break if too forceful. This is cumbersome when you need to detach the neckband daily to charge. Magnetic neckband/earloops attachments would solve this instead of this slip-in structure. 🧲 -No application to customize/personalized settings, gesture touch controls. Gesture controls locked in as-is.

Good product thanks amazon

The pods worked fine for 2 months and then just stopped working. I tried resetting and repairing, but nothing worked. The charging case had 4 solid green lights so I assume that the pods were fully charged. No lights would come on either pod even when I attempted to reset them. So there is no toll free number and this product is made in India, but there was an email address. I emailed them, but only got auto-emails back. The emails suggested that I reset the pods or write a complaint. I already tried both of those. I would just like to be refunded. Terrible product and terrible customer support. UPDATE: I did get a couple of emails from the support department in India. Basically, no different options for me to troubleshoot than those listed on their website. In their last email, they sent me a video of how to reset the pods. UGH! Same story from them over and over. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! I sent them back a video of me walking through the steps that they told me to follow. IT DOESN'T WORK!!! My last email was on 01/27/2026. It's now 3 weeks later so I'm going to assume that I will never hear from them again. What a piece of crap product and piece of crap company that won't stand behind their product!
