Overall good requires consitency
First many thanks to amazon I got leaked product and amazon given me new good product thank you amazon. I have been using it for more than 2 months For 1 month I tried with milk I felt energetic but a little bloated and heavy After that I am using it with warm water in morning before breakfast I feel less tired during my working hours good energy levels but it feels a little bloated overall good result after waking up and during work i feel less tired .
