I used this product twice in a month The first time it worked perfectly but the second time when i used the product with the extended connecting spray it started leaking from a few places and the steam started burning my hands…..sometimes the steam is quite perfect but while using it for a minute or two it gets very less amount as per requirement…..i find it a waste of money and this product is not of use for me anymore

It's good and value fir money product. Very much needed for killing germs and parasites crawling on floor. No need of disinfectant as the steam does most of the job. Heat level is good. Light weight easy to handle. Steam starts coming under 30 seconds which is fast. I mainly bought it for floor and surface disinfection. But as it has multiple nozzles itvcan be used for cleaning kitchen and washroom too. My only concern is two mop pads are provided which are good in quality, but they're not selling the mop pads seperately. One tip: Use RO water for longevity as hard water may cause rust inside and cause issues.

The steam is good

I recently bought this NexLev 10-in-1 Steam Cleaner & Mop and overall I’m quite satisfied with the product. It is very useful for daily home cleaning, especially for floors, kitchen surfaces, and bathroom tiles. The multiple attachments make it versatile and easy to use for different areas. The steam heats up quickly and helps in chemical-free cleaning, which I really like. It’s lightweight and easy to handle as well. However, the water tank is a bit small, so you may need to refill it frequently for deep cleaning. Also, steam pressure could have been slightly stronger. Overall, it’s a good value for money product for regular cleaning needs.

this product Very bad product. I received the delivery, but when I tried to use it, the steam cleaner was not working at all. It seems like a defective product. I am very disappointed with the quality and my experience. Waste of money. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
