Does not work and company does not reply.
I have had this fitted in my house for 4 years, yet I still have lots of limescale on taps, toilets, shower, etc. Worse is the lack of response from Limetron company to my dissatisfaction with the product. Left voice mail & asked for response via their web page. No response at all!

Too early to judge but hoping it works
I am hoping it works. Fitted a month ago so it is too early to assess. One thing after a few days I ran the kitchen hot tap and a sizeable flow of porridge colour sludge came out of the tap. I do not know what the cold water is supposed to taste like, never been a fan. We have had a unvented direct pressure hot tank fitted and was hoping the shower windows would be stain free but no but maybe less so. I give it 3 stars and hoping for 5 later.
