Dull blade after only a few uses

Decent fillet knife
Decent fillet knife. Sharp and looks sharp as well. Good value and easy to use / good ergonomics on the grip. The reason for 3 stars is the machining. The tang is higher than the wood on the handle. They should have been blended together much better than they are. This leaves a somewhat sharp metal edge protruding above the handle scales.

For the price you can’t beat this! I’ve put it up again ribs, chicken, even fruits and veggies and it hasn’t slowed down in the slightest!
