I use these silicone sheets for egg bites, and they are easy to use and clean. When I cook the eggs I have to put them on a cookie sheet since they are pretty flimsy. Once the eggs are cooked they come out easily. I definitely like them but I wish they had more sturdiness to them. The value for the money is good.

The silicone works well, using it with egg whites for breakfast sandwiches. The size is perfect. You have to place a tray under it since it isn't rigid.

I made eggs in these molds for breakfast sandwiches, and they worked AWESOME. Just don't do what I did - put them on a cookie sheet first, or you'll spill the eggs everywhere trying to move them. They are flimsy. You should have seen my husband and me trying to finagle a more efficient way when they were already filled on the counter and ready to go in the oven...it took our four hands, and we still didn't have enough. Tough lesson learned the hard way. Get these egg molds, they're life-changing. Learn from my mistakes. Also - water and greek yogurt will make them fluffy.
