Instant relief
I went walking and stepped on something, and I could barely stand on my foot. This provided instant relief—I was surprised. Like a bandaid on your foot, you might need to stay still or wear socks to keep it stuck, though.

Useless
It smells like menthol. Doesn't feel like menthol. I've used other brands that you find in your local pharmacy and they work. I go these specifically for their cut and contour for the heel. What a waste of time/money. While they stuck and aligned well to your foot, they just DIDN'T WORK! How can you get menthol to not work?! These went right from the foot into the garbage. Don't waste your time.

Great product!
Works really well. Used 2 the first night I got them and woke up with no foot pain. If you're like me, then the morning time is the worst. I did put on a sock because I can be a bit restless, and it stayed on just fine. I will be ordering again.
