Does what it says first time highly recommend

Bought this to replace a.more expensive one. Worked well does what I wanted it to do. What I liked about this one is the removzble water tank.

I’m shocked that the reviews aren’t worse; I ignored the few bads ones as the majority are positive however I followed the instructions and put it in my H2O steamer and it’s now broken. Black stuff keeps coming out and the heating element has gone, it won’t produce steam like normal. It also smells SO BAD I was coughing and it has left a sticky residue on my floor (as it tells you to use the steamer briefly to allow it to go through all the parts). I would not buy this.

I thought I was going to have to throw my steamer away. But tried thus descaler and now it's working great again. Thank you.

Very pleased with the product. I left the descaler longer than stated in my steamer as I had not used it for a while due to the fact it didn't steam at all.To be recommended.

I have shark klik n flip steam mop , i left this product overnight , and few days still not working for me maybe something else wrong with my steam mop that a shame
