These knives are very good and feel solid. They come sharp and cut very well right out of the box. The handles are comfortable to hold and give good control when cutting. These knives are beautiful, sharp, and just plain awesome to work with. I even purchased a second set for my brother-in-law as a birthday gift. Everything looks and feels of high quality. Even the leather roll case it come in. It's very important to note, THESE KNIVES ARE RAZOR SHARP so they do need to be handled with the utmost care and caution! Just to manage expectations, these knives are beefy, meaning that they have a good weight to them and have a pretty thick spine but the weight and rigidity also comes in handy when cutting through thick tough meat such as brisket as it glides right through them with ease. So far, I couldn't be happier with them.

I bought the knife set with the magnetic storage board. They are very sharp out of the box. I have since sharpened them with my Work Sharp Pro Precision sharpener, and are razor sharp. You can cut very thin with these knives and also chop chicken bones with the appropriate knife. The magnetic board is a must to keep the knives out of the drawer so nobody gets cut accidentally. You can purchase a mesh milled glove to wear when using these knives. It is a very nice set to have, well pleased.

Good quality, very sharp and sturdy. Love that it has the case to store for safety and to prevent rust, once dried properly before storing.

The knives themselves are absolutely beautiful and very sharp upon opening. I use them every day and it’s a great set. The only thing that I don’t like is the carrying case that it comes in is nice looking but not durable in any way shape or form mine broke within the first 24 hours and I also do not recommend that you leave them in water because it will ruin the handles so when you’re washing these, wipe the blade with a damp cloth and clean and dry the blade before putting away I have had these knives for one month and one of the blades has broken on one of the knives. Apart from that, these knives are okay.
