The monitor itself is of excellent quality - great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery. HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don't sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

Does not come with Australian plugs or adaptors

A really great camera that was super easy to set up. Love that it can do split screen across multiple cameras. Picture quality is excellent as is the sound. There are lots of other additional features like white noise etc. I haven't used those but do find the night light functionality useful. The battery life of the monitor is good too, I'd say it can last around 6+ hours with the screen on (which is also a feature I love because the previous camera we had used to go to sleep after 5 mins whereas this one can stay on continuously) and even longer with screen off. The Babysense customer service is also incredible. After a year of use one of the cameras started making a static noise which meant it always had to be on mute otherwise that's all you could hear. 4 months after that the camera stopped working altogether. It was out of warranty but I'd read good things about the customer support so I sent in a support ticket and within 48 hours I'd received a replacement camera.

Amazing monitor and cameras. We got two cameras for both kids and you can swap between cameras or do split screens. Great quality image both in day and night, zoom function is great, I can zoom in and see that they are breathing perfectly. The distance was a big reason we got this as we didn’t want a wifi monitor but needed something with a long range due to the location of their bedroom vs ours, the range is great! The monitor battery lasts all night without being plugged in if it’s on standby mode. It alerts you if the temperature is too high or low and if the battery is going. You can change the brightness to many levels, there is a night light which is great. The microphone functions well. It is definitely worth the money and I have recommended it to many friends. Another huge factor is the customer service, they are easy to contact and super quick to respond which is so important. We had an issue with the temperature on one of the cameras and when I contacted them they got back to me asap to help solve the issue. Highly recommend
