I have the 18in i move around a lot within my market for work. And sometimes their no office space so i ordered this monitor and its super simple to use you literally just plug in the cord you can see in the picture to your computer and it turns nothing complex. The only reason why i gave it 4 stars is because the case it comes with is great however it took me a couple tries to get it to stand. But for the price i paid I may just upgrade to the double monitor it seems worth it.

I gave this monitor a high rating because of the potential and because of the seller customer service. Customer service was great. They responded everyday for nearly a week as we tried different troubleshooting ideas. The monitor has a great picture and videos play well without lag. The stand is sturdy and supported the monitor with no problems. The duplicate mode and split mode worked very well and as designed. However, the extend and link modes did not work and those are the ones I needed for work, so I had to return the monitor. My laptop does have a Thunderbolt 3 port and should have worked. I really wanted to keep the monitor, but we could not get those features to work. I may have received a malfunctioning monitor because I also tried it on another computer and had the same non working result. Love this screen. Very easy to plug in to my computer and use. I work from home and use it daily. My son also likes to plug his phone into it sometimes and use it in the car. I have had it almost two years and still works great.

I rated this 5/5 because I can't rate it a 6. Honestly, if you're shopping for tech for college, I think this is the second or third purchase after your computer. Computer, then mouse, then either this product followed by a keyboard (tech and stem majors) or a keyboard followed by a this product (humanities or social science majors, because you're typing a lot of papers).Purchased for son who is a commuter CC student now and will be in 4 yr college next year. With textbooks being online, a dual monitor setup is a great idea (textbook on this screen, homework on the main screen), and being able to bring a full setup in your backpack to study is really good. Also, being able to duplicate your screen and flip this one around for the people on the other side of the table is really good for collaborating with your lab group. Finally, studying in a library has some advantages over studying in a dorm, and having this mitigates the library's disadvantage of not having multi-monitor support.Having a screen the same size as your laptop makes it easy to pack and carry. Resolution of 1080 is fine -- more raises the price, but not the value (because you probably don't have the video cards for great video in a mobile setup). It's everything you need and nothing you don't.

This folding dual 18" portable monitor is awesome.It does what it claims it does, no problems in Windows.Negatives:- Surprisingly heavy - around 3Kg (6 lbs)- Kindof big - barely fits in my backpack.- Draws relatively high power - my laptop's Thunderbolt 4 cannot deliver enough power through the data cable, so I need another cable for power supply.I think a 16" folding monitor is a better buy - it's significantly more portable and probably wouldn't need a separate power cable.Anyway, once you get over the negatives, this 18" folding monitor is really great - monitor surface is quite large, image quality is excellent, stand is solid.

Just what I needed to extend my laptop work area, this second screen is very portable, easy to set up and has all the wires you will need. The picture quality is excellent and I can’t see any reason why someone would want to buy a more expensive screen as this one was very reasonably priced, so it’s ticked all the boxes for me and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

What can I say I looked at a few screen extenders and read reviews on them all before I decided to buy this one. I’m happy that I did. The screen is a perfect size regardless of what you are using it for. I use mine for my laptop but the can also be used for other things such as connecting Nintendo switch. The screen brightness is great and the controls are easy enough to muse. The set up takes seconds as you just plug and go (I used USB C to USB C). It comes with extra cables if required.
