All good stuff and easy to use been useing this stuff for a long time

I’ve purchased this epoxy resin multiple times, and while I’m happy with the quality and packaging, there’s a consistent issue with the amount of resin and hardener. Since the product requires a 1:1 mixing ratio, both components should be in equal amounts. However, in my first and second purchases, I always had resin left over while running short on hardener. At first, I thought it was an issue with my scale, so I even bought a new one—but I still had the same problem. On my latest purchase, I decided to weigh both parts before using them and found that the hardener was about 400ml short. Unfortunately, I had an urgent order to fulfill, so I had no choice but to use it, but this is not acceptable. If this happens again, I will have to file a complaint and request a refund. I hope the seller addresses this issue, as the resin itself is great, but the incorrect ratio makes it frustrating to work with.
