Dog lives it, but it stinks.
Dog seems to like it, and as we are trying a chicken free diet for controlling her allergies, this fish variety seemed like a good choice. Her skin is better since being fed this, and she seems to enjoy it. It does smell rather fishy though....

Seems to have cured my dogs problem
I can’t lie, I do regret buying the fish, it literally smells like fish flakes, you know the stuff you feed your goldfish? Yeah that! I can’t say much about the taste side of things from a dogs point of view , a) she can’t talk and b) she eats any and all dog foods like she’s disgusted your not feeding her with a silver spoon. So, my picky Patterjack started her life with me on Harringtons …. This did not sit well with her tummy and caused butt gland problems. So we transitioned to Royal Canin , did the job. This was followed by the adult version, and then we developed a problem …. The licking , the biting, she was driving me nuts! Possible poultry allergy So in comes James Wellbeloved to test the suspicion. I think we have a winner , the licking has stopped! The biting has stopped! I do think I’ll try the lamb next time though, to spare me the fish flake smell!

The small kibble good for shih tzu
The small kibble is much better for the tiny shih tzu mouth. He is now eating it at his dish rather than taking pieces away to eat elsewhere which he was doing with the standard size. 7.5 kg is a massive bag though and they didn't seem to have any smaller which is weird since it's for a small dog. However it's amazing how quickly you can get through it! My dog is happy with this food and his poops are firm and small which is all I ask for..lol. Seems one of the more ethical dog foods, which I'm happy about, I do feed him vegan dog food and treats as well so he's got a good balance with this food as well.

smelly , but brilliant.
This product does smell when you open the bag, but then it is fish. However, the smell does'nt linger when you linger when you close the bag again after each use. My dogs absolutely love it. It is expensive, but they are small dogs so a little goes a long way. The supplier was very fast in sending the product out.

good food. shame all dog food so expensive now but golden oldie foster dogs in rescue love it with a bit of soaking
