I'm not sure how I feel about the scent combination of coconut and vanilla, but the smell does grow on me as I smell it more. The deodorant goes on smoothly and helps mask any sweat that forms. I didn't notice any white residue that remains after application so that I don't have to worry about it getting onto my clothes. It was a bit difficult to roll up the deodorant initially and my husband had to help me fix it.

Doesn't work.I have had issues with years wit deodorants in that I can use them on one side and not the other as it causes huge issues physically. So I was excited to try this product with all of the things it doesn't have.The one good thing is I had no reaction to the product, so keeping those things out is a very good thing However...For the first few weeks, I could not tell if it worked or not as the weather was cool and so I rarely sweated. However, it has been in the 70s for two days now and within an hour of putting on the deodorant, I can definitely smell body odor.So I will be going back to what I did before: Use one of the old deodorants on one side and use coconut oil on the other.Sad that this didn't work, as using deodorants is much easier than applying coconut oil a few times per day, but it is what it is.Nice try Dove. It doesn't work.

Smell? Great. Texture? Horrible. I am so in love with the scent, I’m willing to give it 3 stars because it smells absolutely heavenly. But it also feels like you’re using a dull piece of sandpaper to apply the deodorant. It has a very gritty texture, and doesn’t not apply smoothly.

I've used it on my underarms only so far and I like it. Smells nice and agrees well with my sensitive skin.

This product does what it says it does for me

This deodorant is aluminum free and I'm so happy a big name company joined the al-free life. The scent is great and while I have only used it on my armpits, when it gets hotter in the summer, I'll also be swiping this stick on my inner thighs. Not because I sweat but more so for that thigh rub that us curvy people have to deal with. I don't know if 72 hours is factoring what is left after showering but I highly doubt somoene who needs LONG lasting odor control will be going more than a day without showering. For me, this is more than enough to help me stay fresh. It does cost a bit more than regular deodorants but one stick of any deodorant will last me well over 2 years. I really don't sweat all that much and my body luckily doesn't really create odor!
