I don’t get the other reviews for covering your grey. This stuff when used correctly works absolutely great! My grey coverage usually lasts 2-3 times longer than any other chemical box dye. I make sure I use all the packages and not just one. I do keep on for about an hour so everything really gets soaked in. I think this step helps with the longevity for sure. But seriously this stuff is fantastic compared any other brands I’ve tried over the years. Idk about other colors but I use the dark brown and it’s much like a brown black. I shampoo often. Atleast 3-4 times a week and I colored my hair about 14 wks ago. My hair since menopause grows very slow but again, I wouldn’t stop using this stuff, it’s great.

Was in experimental mood so I tried it. Best dye I've ever used. Ez just add water. No smell. And lasts a long time. I've been using for 6 months now.

This hair dye is my favorite so far. I’ve used several over the past few years. I don’t want to do permanent or something with lots of chemicals. This one has no smell, no irritation whatsoever. The color is true. I used a week and a half ago, and there is beginning to show a bit of grey in some areas. Overall, love it and love the price!

Doesn’t really dyes gray hair and color fades couple days later and worst part is it gets all over your towels and pillow even after 6 hair washes.

I am pretty satisfied with this water based hair dye. There is no stinky smell. My experience was not fully followed the instruction. The best result is adding less warm to the seed powder. Pull the powder into a container and slowly pour in the warm water to blend in. The mixture will be watery if you follow the proportion of water and powder. Overall the result is good.

I was hoping this 3-pack would be a solution to my worries about using drugstore dye every few weeks to cover grays. While it seems to be much gentler, unfortunately that also means less consistency in actual coverage. The formula is difficult to mix properly, as the color powder does NOT dissolve easily, leaving the formula very clumpy and difficult to apply. DO NOT add more water than the line indicated -- I made this mistake on two of the bottles. I added a tiny bit more water in an attempt to try to make all of the powder dissolve, since it just sticks to the sides even with stirring (with a chopstick lol) and vigorous shaking. Adding even that tiny amount of extra water seemed to dilute the color so much that even after 40 minutes with it in my hair, it hardly covered the grays and I ended up with an inch of just blondish muddy hair at the roots rather than the black/brown. Only 1 out of the 3-pack was a successful attempt... I had to just revert to my regular drugstore dye to fix the insufficient coverage. I may try again, especially since this should be so much gentler on my hair than the chemical drugstore dyes and I've been experiencing a lot of hair loss over the past few years...

The Dark Brown is really dark. Medium brown is probably best choice to achieve the dark brown color. However - this is very messy and thin! Stains floors, countertops etc -so wipe off asap! Hair is soft and not brittle as it has no chemicals in it. I did use an argon oil treatment mask for about 20 min afterwards.

I really like no mess,grab to hair right away, leaving the hair soft and shiny.No damage to hair just beautiful hair easy to used too. My Gray hair its stubborn but this product it's so good it covers my gray hair good. I applied on the roots . I used long time for prossesing.
