I swapped out the trebles for in line single hooks (personal preference). It still wiggles, pops, and dives like it’s supposed to.Can’t wait to use it 👍🏼

Haven't fished it yet, but upon inspection it looks just like the Orca HD flashboost just slightly smaller. 160 instead of 200mm, I think. Hooks look heavy like ST-66. The Orca HD is one of my favorite topwater tuna lure so I can't wait to try this lure.

The media could not be loaded. In the world of offshore fishing, watching a big fish explode on your top water lure while your holding a spinning rod is just about as good as it gets! This plug represents the business end of the equipment.I just received this lure and I can tell you just by holding it will be effective on surface feeding pelagics.First, the lure is strong, balanced and well made with modern injection molded process out of tough ABS plastic. It has embedded reflective sides and excellent life like coloring,The split rings and hooks are 4x strong and heavy duty. You could up them to triple rings but this should handle fish to 200# or so without too much problem.One thing that sets these lures apart from others I have is (beyond the 3d eye) there is a reflective element that is spring mounted internally that will reflect light even when it is still giving it a lifelike look. If you don't think they can see this.. look at the size of a big tuna fish's eye, they can see amazing detail.I hope to put this to use soon but I am confident it will produce.This kind of casting plug is a must have. In fact get several of them. When the action gets hot, you cannot have enough ammo.

This is a great looking lure! The flasher inside looks great and moves around freely. It looks to be made of some pretty good quality materials. It doesn't feel cheap at all. The hooks are very sharp right out of the box. I live in the middle of the country so I won't be able to try this out on saltwater anytime soon. I picked this lure up so I can try my hand at musky fishing, maybe catch some salmon too. Hopefully the lakes thaw out soon and I can update this review. But, so far I am really liking this lure.

This is really a nice looking lure. I purchased the blue model and am very happy with the look, feel and quality of the product. Well balanced and great refraction. Be advised - it's a big lure (just under 7"), so not advised for most inshore fishing. I look forward to testing out the walking action in the gulf. Will report back soon!

The media could not be loaded. Looks to be a beautiful lure. Certainly a pretty big one at almost 7 inches. The fit and finish appear to be of good quality. The eyes on the fish look realistic and sunk into the fish not just glued on top. The coating on the outside that provides the color looks like it will hold up well. I like the mechanism that is inside that will provide the additional appearance of movement in the water. The hooks appear to be solid and eye rings that are attached to the hooks seem to be of good size and I imagine would hold up well. When it comes to fishing, in my opinion, you want vibrant colors that catch as much light as possible and I think this lure would provide that. I head to Florida in a couple of weeks and look forward to trying it out.

Solid construction, vibrant color, sharp hooks, great action, all I'm missing is the fish.The missing fish ISN'T the lures fault. It's the time of year and my location. Being late Nov and me being in the middle of the Mojave Desert makes catching big saltwater fish somewhat challenging.What I was able to do at this time is test it out in the river...with the vague hope that a very large striper might grab it. It performed well but no giant stripers materialized.So this coming spring I will chase down some tuna and some yellowtail...and I'm 100% positive this will do the job.
