I am new to this brand, but was immediately glad I tried this on my typically oily/blotchy/acne prone skin! It doesnt leave my skin sticky when applying with my bare hands and yet is moisturizing enough to help my face feel soft even the morning after using. After double cleansing with a few other brands, I looked into a better toner, and this is wonderful! My skin since using has less acne and my sebum is under control. While my face doesnt "glow" it also doesnt look blotchy and appears clear most of the time. It doesnt have any strange smells while using or afterwards, and it does not appear to have a fragrance in any form. My sensitive skin loves this! I don't find myself needing to double cleanse as often either. Pros: Lightweight, no scent, moisturizing, sensitive skin approved. Cons: (none at this time)

I ordered the Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner hoping it would be a good cruelty-free replacement for the Laneige Milky Toner. While it doesn’t quite give my skin that same buttery, plump finish, it’s still a really nice product that I’m glad I tried. The texture is slightly thicker than water and pats easily into the skin without any drag. It absorbs quickly, leaves my skin feeling hydrated but not sticky, and layers well with the rest of my routine. I’ve also found it especially helpful this week for calming down my skin after a new face wash left me with some angry red patches, so it’s been doing a nice job on the soothing side. Looking at the ingredient list, this is very much a rice-water and humectant-heavy toner. The base is mostly rice bran water, glycerin, butylene glycol, and other lightweight hydrators, supported by niacinamide, panthenol, betaine, and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid. It also includes barrier-supporting ingredients like ceramides, cholesterol, and phytosphingosine, which makes it feel a bit more restorative than a basic hydrating toner. The rice extracts and proteins are likely contributing more to conditioning and skin feel than anything dramatic, but they do add to that soft, hydrated finish. Overall, it’s a solid hydrating toner that feels gentle and well-balanced, even if it doesn’t fully replace the richer, more “buttery” finish I was hoping to replicate from Laneige. This essence is like milk for skin! I use this day and night after cleansing and toning, i pat it on my face and my face feels soft and smooth and looks like glass skin, then i go ahead and use my serum and moisturizer and sunscreen. It seems to sink in my other skin care which helps softens fine lines and wrinkles, i enjoy using this and i will therefore buy it again. There is no smell and the texture is milky light, overall my skin looks alot better after using this for over couple weeks!

great toner! hydrate well and gives glow looking but not too shine and not sticky and no irritation on senstive skin and it actually calming redness. gonna stock up:)

It’s really light on your skin. Usually I break out so much but ever since I started using this my skin has been moisturized and smooth. It really tones your skin, leaving it hydrated, It’s been hard to find something that will actually work. I highly recommend this.
