Fitbit Charger 6 Good Overall not Without Faults
The Fitbit Charge 6 arrived well packaged and on time, giving a great first impression straight out of the box. Setup was very straightforward, and it charges surprisingly quickly, which is ideal if you use it daily and don’t want long downtime between charges. Syncing the tracker with the Fitbit app was simple and hassle-free. The app itself is well designed, easy to navigate, and comes with all the monitoring and tracking features readily installed. Health stats, exercise tracking, sleep monitoring, and notifications are all clearly presented, making it easy to keep on top of daily goals and progress. On the downside, after only five days of use the tracker screen went black and required a reboot. Thankfully, the handy button on the USB charging cable made restarting the device quick and easy, but it was still disappointing to experience an issue so early on. Overall, despite the minor reliability issue, the Fitbit Charge 6 is easy to use, feature packed, and supported by an excellent app experience.

Failing to sync with phone
I have loved this watch for the last 11 months, however 5 days ago it stopped syncing with my phone, in that, its only showing about 1500 steps on my phone where I have done thousands! I have tried to fix it using various suggestions, including deleting the app, and then re-loading it, but I cannot make the app on the phone connect with the watch. I think its only counting the steps I make when I am carrying my phone.

Very disappointing
I purchased this Fitbit at a cost of also £100.00. It has appeared defective since I bought it and has now become completely unresponsive. Very disappointing. The battery life was ok and the appearance was nice. But that’s it unfortunately. Overall this is bad value for money and I don’t think Google/fitbit are offering a good service with their items. I’ve tried to request a refund or at least a repair option but to no avail

Excellent
Bought this to replace my old inspire 2 as I could never read the screen in the sun. The charger6 is much better and clearer. I like the features on this like heart rate monitor and the ECG feature. As I already had the app it was easy to set it up

USB-A not USB-C Disappointing
This product was purchased in June 2026 and the charging lead supplied was the old type usb-a which I’m sure for EU market standards is usb-c. I will have to purchase a charger for this old type as all my devices use usb-c. Other than this the product is great

Looks nice, good for petite wrists.
My Fitbit luxe battery was done. I probably would’ve just went with another luxe if that was available. When I saw that the charge 6 has the nice silver casing option, I wanted to try that, but was wary that it would look too bulky on my petite wrist. But I don’t feel like it looks too big. The original band is nice, but it doesn’t have enough bend near the watch face itself to lay nicely around the curve of my wrist. It left too much space on either side of the watch face. I found this aftermarket band that curves quite a bit better, so I like that. Overall, I’m very happy. I tried to use the GPS function on my run this morning, the GPS didn’t connect after several seconds, so I went ahead and started my run, thinking it would connect at some point along the way. But it never did. I looked it up and apparently I need to be still for up to two minutes in order for it to connect. That seems a little excessive, but I guess if I just plan to stretch while it’s connecting that could work. I bought a three-year protection plan. I’ve had several Fitbits and have had premature battery failure, and the band connection break on the watch casing. But at this price point, (I paid 100 on sale), I think it’s still a very good deal. And with the protection plan I should be able to have a good watch and fitness tracker for three years.
