The accessories shown in the advertised picture are not included. Whilst this is explained in the small print, it is not obvious. I fully expected to receive the accessories with the blender. Otherwise, the blender itself is good, delivered promptly and the packing was brilliant.

My daughter wanted this for her 13th birthday. We've had a Vitamix and it seems to have died, so we gave this a shot. I was on the fence about the personal cups, thinking they might be gimicky - but they are used almost every day in my house! My teen fills one of those in short order and drinking a liquid fruit salad is much better than a can of pop, bag of chips or candy! Also coming from a Vitamix we feel the mixing is great, an extra perk is that it is not as loud as the Vitamix, lol!

We’ve been using this blender for about 3+ months and it’s really great. Several times a week we use the smaller blender containers for smoothies. I pulse flaxseed in at the start and it transforms the seeds into a decently smooth powder. We also love the convenience of the cups for make-and-go breakfasts. Then, last night we had a party and made 5ish batches of margaritas in the bigger jug. They were as smooth as if they’d come from a margarita machine—no ice chunks whatsoever. I also really appreciate the simplicity of the dial, and I like the blade being built into the larger container. I think it’s easier to clean (just throw it in the dishwasher), and no assembly means no leaks. This is a great blender and powerful enough for my needs!

Works like a champ. Replaced our old Kitchen Aid blender with this improved version, and it is an improvement. The container no longer drips when you pour the liquid. The old version lip dripped no matter what you did; this one does not drip at all. Nice clean design and very easy to clean, unlike the old version, where you had to disassemble the entire blender to clean it. This one is configured to be able to clean without taking anything apart. Real time saver. And boy, can it crush ice - 2-3 seconds and you are done. Kitchen Aid did a great job at improving their blender.
