My son couldn't be happier with his new gaming computer! We needed something to stand up to the test of time, for a 12 year old who games, and will be doing school this year virtually! This computer is made very well and is so fast, even though we've downloaded so many games, and his schooling app already, We're only at 8% storage used! The battery isn't the best but if you plan on using at home, then it's perfect! The battery only lasts about an hour off the charging cord but considering it's so fast and compatible with just about any and every game 🎮 it's definitely worth the money so far!!! The performance is top notch!

I bought this laptop mainly for a mix of work and ]mainly gaming, and it’s been a really good balance so far. It boots quickly, runs smoothly, and handles multiple programs without slowing down. The 144Hz display makes everything look clean and responsive, whether you’re browsing, editing, or playing games. The performance is strong for the price. The Ryzen 7 and RTX 3050 combo gives enough power for most modern games on medium to high settings, and it also handles everyday tasks like video calls, streaming, and multitasking without any issues. Build quality feels solid and durable, which is what I expected from the TUF series. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the cooling system does a decent job even when the laptop is under load. Battery life is average for a gaming laptop, but that’s normal. Overall, it’s a reliable option if you want something that can handle both productivity and gaming without breaking the bank.

If I could give no stars, I would. I bought this as a gift for my wife a little over a month ago. The only thing she has used it for is school for our children and to play Sims. It ran warm from the very beginning, even after little use without game play. As well as glitching and random black screens. We bought a cooling pad for it, which seemed to help keep it cool. But the glitches and black screen continued, especially during game play. A few days ago she woke up to it no longer working and we were forced to do a factory reset through the recovery cloud in bios. It was in a boot loop and wouldn’t even make it past the logo upon startup. It worked fine for a couple of hours but then yesterday it completely stopped and the only thing we are getting now is a screen telling us that there’s a hardware issue and that a needed device is not connected. Cloud recovery isn’t even an option anymore. We tried to have it replaced through ASUS and they told us that the warranty was expired, as it had been activated over a year ago! Which would suggest that the new computer wasn’t actually new. And the seller/ Amazon will not replace it or return our money as it’s been over the 30 days technically, even though we were sold a faulty laptop. Amazon warranty will not replace it because to them, the manufacturer warranty should still be in affect. As I’ve stated, according to ASUS it is not. I am now out the money spent, and my wife now doesn’t have the gift I got her. I will always recommend ASUS but this seller sold me a faulty product and now will not replace it or allow me my money back. That’s poor customer service. Faulty products happen. But not taking responsibility for the faulty product sold, is unacceptable.

The laptop itself works but the keyboard layout is US and it also came with the wrong plug. Not impressed!
