Fascia Stretcher & Plantar Fasciitis Stretcher - Calf and Foot Stretcher for Relieving Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles, Hamstring, Heel Spurs&Drop Foot, Adjustable Yoga Strap for Dance&Gymnastics

If you have plantar fasciitis like me and need to do deep stretching with your leg extended straight , this is a great tool. The loops allow you to pull up to whatever you feel is comfortable. I tried some of the other stretches (behind the back) included in the instructions and it wasn't nearly as effective or comfortable. I think this tool is great for the one stretch (calf and foot) and that's all I need. I use this with and without socks sitting on the couch, bed, or floor. You'll really like it and won't regret this purchase. It's stitched well and uses Velcro, so it will be durable.

The EXCYINSI stretch aid for legs and feet is a simple, lightweight yet durable stretch aid. There seem to be many such products or similar construction and price available. The EXCYINSI stretch aid has proved itself useful in providing assistance in stretching my plantar fasciitis. I think the EXCYINSI stretch aid is a well made, useful product at an affordable price.

It works as described. Good product for the price!

This is very high quality and looks as though it will last even with the pressure on the seams. I’m at most times a bit lazy and look at all of the stretching and working out I have to do just to exist, this contraption is great for using while watching whatever it you watch or read. You can take it as far as you want. Stretch really crazy or just a bit. It’s all up to you, which is one of the things I really enjoy.

Way cheaper than most stretching aids and does as is intended
