This gua sha is luxurious and well made. It definitely has a good weight on it. I have been using it every morning and evening, and I’m genuinely impressed. The metal feels solid and cool in my hand, gliding smoothly over my skin without tugging. I noticed that it helps my face look more lifted and my jawline feels less tight, especially after long work days. I love that it’s easy to clean (no porous edges like stones), and it stays cool even without refrigeration. It feels way more durable and luxe compared to other gua sha tools I’ve tried. If you’re into skincare rituals that actually make your skin feel refreshed, this one is worth it.

As a toddler mom, this tool is great. It allows me to pamper myself and practice Gua Sha with zero worries about my toddler getting a hold of a pricey jade, quartz, or stone tool that could shatter if dropped. This is *still* pricey, but it's indestructible solid stainless steel that's smooth, has good weight and grooves, feels cooling, and glides smoothly over the skin. Easy to clean, and - I can't reiterate this enough - UNBREAKABLE. Because until these kids are grown and moved out, mama can't have expensive breakable things. It comes beautifully presented in a gift-style box with a cute little storage pouch.

This gua sha is unnecessarily pricey for what it can do, but it is really nice to use. I’m sorry but there is no reason that it needs to be the cost that it is - flat out, this is a waste of money. That said, it is a nice product on its own, cost aside. This gua sha comes nicely packaged in some fancy packaging, including a travel pouch. The tool itself is a very cold-feeling, smooth stainless steel. All of its edges feel really nicely polished to perfection, with a convenient set of interfaces to rub against your face. I appreciate that this gua sha is easily washable between uses, and possibly sterilizable since it is all metal. Rubbing it along my face, it generally feels very cooling and smooth. If I don’t use any kind of facial oil, it does tend to pull on my skin too much, so I would recommend using some sort of oil with it. I have not really noticed much difference over time with using the gua sha, lending to the notion that this product is generally not worth its price tag. Ultimately, I cannot really recommend this gua sha’s cost with its relatively few benefits, although perhaps gua sha enthusiasts may feel differently.

The WILDLING Empress Platinum Gua Sha is extremely expensive for what it offers. Despite the claims of maximum lifting, sculpting, and toning, it performs exactly like any other stainless steel Gua Sha—nothing more, nothing less. Honestly, you can buy two or three similar tools for the price of this one, and they’ll work just as well. I realize I’m an outlier here, since most reviews are glowing 5-stars, but I honestly don’t think the price is justified for this product. While the quality is fine, the value simply isn’t there.

I have owned many Gua Sha tools; from the traditional stone and jade tools, to more modern steel ones, and then.. this. I have never owned a Gua Sha tool quite like this before.. it does not feel the same as the stainless steel ones you see everywhere. It is heftier, denser, but still light and easy to use. It will never break like the stone tools (I have broken so many), and it doesn't have that cheap steel feel like the shiny steel ones do - it's just different. It's hard to describe. It also retains temperature well, so I like to keep mine cooled in the fridge before use. Others have questioned the price, with good cause: for its product category it's on the very high end. And it may be overpriced, or it may just be that this is what this type of stainless steel costs to produce. I don't know. But what I do know is that this tool does not feel anything like other stainless steel Gua Sha tools I've used before; it FEELS expensive. It is on another level. It is solidly built and feels like luxury. It's a matter of personal finances and priorities, of course, but I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants the best of the best when it comes to Gua Sha tools. And honestly, over the course of my life, I have probably spent more in replacing broken stones than the upfront cost of this tool..

If you are a diehard gua sha user, this is a gorgeous tool to add to your collection. I have the body and the white jade gua sha from Wildling and love them both, but this is my favorite because it's stainless steel. It's non porous and antibacterial, it won't break if I drop it and it's super easy to clean. I love the weight the tool has to it, perfect for holding on the hand without fatigue but heavy enough to aid you in use. The different shapes and grooves cut into the steel are perfect for the neck and all areas of the face, fitting around curves and different angles easily. I use it after the facial oil step in my skincare routine and the tool glides wonderfully. My face looks more sculpted afterwards. With long term and consistent use, I know I can achieve great results. Activating the fascia has so many benefits for the skin and body like increased blood flow for healing and the stimulation of collagen production for anti-aging. Gua sha has been practiced for centuries and for good reason- it works! At minimum it's a fabulous and relaxing massage routine. There are awesome instructional videos on the company's website and their YouTube channel, so if you're new to gua sha you can watch tutorials or if you're experienced but want to target specific concerns, can also find something new to learn. The tool comes in a beautiful slide out box along with a cute pleather bag so you can store it with or without the case. It comes ready to gift or just enjoy at home. The price is pretty high, but I think if are committed to gua sha, the unique and intentional design of the tool are worth it. I do have a microcurrent multi mode gua sha skincare device that costs about the same as this gua sha, but electronic tools can break, this steel gua sha cannot. So it all comes down to your budget and what you are looking to invest in.

I have tried a few different type of gua sha skincare tools made from all sorts of different stones, but I never tried a stainless steel one and was a bit skeptical at first. I actually really love how smooth and well-made this one is, plus it has just the right sized edges for my uses on my arms and legs even. I actually really love that it's made of stainless steel because it stays nice and cool, it's super easy to keep clean, and it won't break if you drop it! This has got to be the best gua sha I own, honestly, and I know it will last me forever so it's well worth the price!
