BEST $12 spent on Running gear so far ! :)Love these Massage Balles ( Lacrosse Balls )Much better than using Tennis Balls imho (tennis balls eventually go flater). These have the right amount of softness and firmness for my foot roll massage.I have it sitting on the floor by my chair in front of the TV. and plan to bring it on trips with me.Kept the Yellow, gave my wife the green :)

I bought these for target balls for mobility work in crossfit excercise they work as well as the rogue trigger balls and are one third the cost, only draw back was my son liked it so well for his back I had to give one up.

Sweet relief for my back after lifting. Highly recommended. Hurts like the dickens to roll out, but you will thank yourself later. These lacrosse balls came in perfect condition, and worked as expected.

I use it to roll out my feet every few days or so. Seems to help prevent my hamstrings from getting tight
