well worth keeping in your pantry
I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic these udon noodles taste. They have that thick, chewy texture you expect from good Sanuki udon, and they hold up beautifully whether you use them in hot broth or stir-fry. The freshness makes a big difference compared to dried noodles. Cooking them is very simple. They only need a few minutes in boiling water and they are ready to go. Good quality noodles. Comes in 3 packages with 3 smaller vacuum sealed packages inside. Good size portions. Should stay good for a while with how theyre packaged. I just used some korean spicy beef ramen seasoning and it turned out great.
