Ordered 2 - got one peppa pig and one paw patrol! Advertisement clearly says peppa pig, though I hadn’t fully read the reviews or product details as I thought it was a clear case of buying what was being advertised. The advert says peppa pig, not paw patrol. Also the contents are effectively just a bunch of those orbeez balls contained in some plastic. It doesn’t feel very strong, I can see it splitting quite easily if put under any pressure. I’ve not escalated it as it’ll be more trouble to exchange than to just get along with it, but still wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.

I ordered a “ Peppa Pig Bruise Soother” got sent Paw Patrol. Peppa pig is a well known friend. She is in almost every part of our daily lives. Her image is on our bedding, cushions, clothing etc etc. We watch her show every day. I hoped a Peppa adorned bruise soother would help lessen the pain of bumps, scrapes and scratches. But my hopes were dashed when was rushed to open our Amazon box. My LO does not know who this dog in a hat is. Would you invite a random dog into your fridge to chill out? Would you then offer said dog to your crying hurting child? I don’t think so. Unable to return so we now have a random dog bruise soother sitting on our hall table. Not a happy Amazon shopper today

The product in question was utilised a limited number of times by my two-year-old child, who derived great enjoyment from its use. Regrettably, the product experienced a structural failure, resulting in the release of its small beads. Fortunately, I was present at the time of the incident, thereby preventing any potential choking hazard. Despite my diligent efforts to contact the seller on two separate occasions, I have yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgement. In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I am compelled to not recommend this product.

Great idea, but ours popped/split after second use. This is the second one I’ve bought and both have broken whilst being used.

Bought for my accident prone daughter, but within 10 mins she had managed to split the plastic seal and was playing with the contents, good job we saw it happen or she may have swallowed the little plastic balls. I think I'll buy a non-character alternative so they have little interest in playing with it. This is a bad idea.

I ordered a George Bruise Soother and was sent Peppa instead! The actual product is of good quality, however, my boys prefer George and now I need to spend more time sending this product back and re-ordering George. The problem is the product labeling. The George Bruise Soother is labelled as 'Peppa Pig George Bruise Soother' so I can see why this mistake has happened, although the cost of Peppa is a couple of quid more than George.

My little girl loved these when they arrived. After a couple of days the seal was split and the liquid coming out on my little girls hands. These are non-returnable and a waste of money.

Ich benutze das kühlpad jetzt schon seit ca. einem Jahr und es ist toll. Es kühlt und durch die die Gelkugeln darin kann man es gut anpassen und draufdrücken auf z.B. Knie oder auch Ellenbogen. Es hilft meiner Tochter immer damit es nicht mehr wehtut und tröstet sie. Stürzte oder würfe auf den Boden hält es auch gut aus.

Prima, maar hier een klein drama. Op de afbeelding zijn gekleurde gelparels zichtbaar. In de werkelijkheid zijn deze transparant. Dat vond de peuter hier niet leuk.

We love this boo boo soother! I popped it into the freezer when we got it and it was ready to go the next day. When one of my kids hurt themselves, they were so excited when they saw Peppa Pig helping their boo boo get better. Highly recommend!
