Okay so there is good and bad. The Good - When I purchased this, people in the comments said you had to have real joy cons on the first boot and these wouldn't work.......not true they work just fine, I didn't need name brand joy cons to for first boot. The price is amazing obviously compared to $80. Perfectly compatible. Nice RGB lighting! and the controllers work great for games like Pokémon, Zelda and Mario. Okay, the bad- The joy sticks are not great at all, playing a first-person shooter or 3rd person shooter almost impossible. It has 2 extra buttons so I mean it's good if you want to use the extra functions but who really needs a turbo function on a Nintendo Switch......and the two extra buttons mean the joy cons can fit into any of the joy con cases. No charger included in purchase (they come charged). But over all my main complaint is the freaking joy sticks. Also, the bumper on my right joy con I got doesn't have a click when you press it, but it works. Conclusion, amazing buy if you're playing classic Nintendo titles or anything aside FPS or faced paced shooters of any kind. If you need a controller for shooters then just buy name brand for handheld or a Pro contoller for docked!

Don't waste your money on this garbage. Like others have said, the lights on the side cannot be disabled so they run constantly. Far more importantly, if you are playing with them not physically connected to the switch, expect to have the console stop recognizing one of the controllers about every 5 minutes. This means it will be coming up with the screen to connect and assign a controller every time it does. With how long it takes to recognize the controller again, you will spend as much time here as you do playing a game. I have had this less than a week and already wish I had bought something else. On a plus side, when you get frustrated enough with the controller, it breaks into a lot of tiny pieces extremely easily.

The reviews made me rather skeptical, but my experience with this product was outstanding. Since the day it arrived it has been working just as well as the original controls. They do feel different, but that’s expected with the price you’re paying. The LEDs do drain the battery a bit faster than I’d like, and drifting did occur on one occasion. However, by responsible charging and reconnection troubleshooting most issues or bugs will resolve themselves.

Good for the price.

They're nice and sleek. Perfect fit for Switch OLED and smooth comfort. Turbo button. Multilpe color options for the side lights. However the lights randomly turn on and off while the switch is NOT in use (docked and/or charging). Battery life is very small compared to original joy cons. As well as when being used as a controller or just not attached to the console they turn off very quickly. My original joy cons will stay on for like 10 minutes w/no touch while these go out after like 2 minutes. Kind of annoying. (that and the blinking/flickering lights. Other than that they're great. Decent quality for the price since these can be pricey.

I bought them for my son for his birthday because the original joycons has stick drift. He loves them. perfect color. Easy to set up.
