I would not recommend this item at all
I did not like this product. Different ones in the family tried it, and they did not like it as well. Taste ,texture and it was very expensive.

Disappointed
I really wanted to like these because of the protein content but I could not get past the taste.

Not regular oatmeal
Good healthy choice. Better than overnight oats. Does not taste like Quaker sugar oatmeal. Texture grew on me a little
