Great to keep your medication cold
I love this case. I can take my Mounjaro injections with me without having to worry about the temperature. Keeps them cold when traveling.

Great to carry meds
Got this because Iโm on a biological medication that has to stay refrigerated && needed some thing to keep my meds @@ right temp while traveling. I had a little zip up pouch with Refreezable ice pouches, but I would stress on rather they were staying cool enough and with this item, I no longer have to worry because it shows the temperature without me having to open it. So far it worked great !!

Works well
I used it for Wegovy and it after freezing the ice packs overnight it stayed cool for 12 hours. This was in November/December so I don't know if it would work as well in July. I believe packing it in the middle of a suitcase surrounded by clothing helps insulate it.

Less than 6 hours!
This is advertised as being able to keep meds cool for 24 hours. In my experience, they reached room temperature in about six hours, which is not long enough for any normal trip.

Injectable carring case
Harder case for injectables, has enough room for pens and needles. I like the digital temp display as well.

Works but definitely could be better.
I ordered these to take my GLP-1 medication with me on a cruise. It comes with two small gel packs inside and a zipper round case. I brought it with. I made sure that the gel packs were frozen. I had an international flight and by the time I got to my hotel, everything was unthawed and lukewarm. Itโs not the fault of this product though it was about 20 hours between when I left and when I got to my destination. I kept it in this pack, and I put the entire pack in the refrigerator in the hotel and that did not get cold enough. When I finally got on the cruise ship, I put it in the cruise ship refrigerator, which also did not get cold enough so I had to ask for a specific medication fridge, which basically kept it almost frozen the entire time so this package saved it from Being frozen however it wasnโt sealed tight so sometimes there was ice in the cooler and the ice melted and got inside the pack So I would suggest if this is something youโre gonna do put your medication inside of a baggie or put the entire pack inside of a baggie I ended up leaving it behind when I went home In a pinch, it does the trick

Only if you want 24 deg cent range
I bought this because I get to see the digital temperature reading. The temperature when the gel packs are newly places can go upto sub-zero. The temperature within 6 hours goes easily beyond 8deg cent. And within 8-10 hours goes beyond 20deg cent. I didn't bother to wait for 24 hours temperature reading. The gel packs after 10 hours were almost fully liquid but surely easily below room temperature (summer morning temp of about 28deg cent). I haven't yet tested its performance when ambient outdoor summer daytime temp is 35- 40deg cent. 24 hour cooler claim feels far-fetched. My purpose is to store peptide vials between 2-8 deg cent after reconstitution, for as long as possible. The aesthetics and look & feel of the case is good though.

poor quality and potentially dodgy product
best avoid this. product recived was poor quality and did not cool the content enough. lowest temperature it could achieve was 65f which is nowhere near 36to45f claimed in the prod specification. also there is no brand name written on the product so no way to verify if I got the same product as I ordered. also packaging looks worn and used.
