The size specified was right on the mark. It is rather simple with a good Forstner bit to create an insert in knife handles. This US Navy pin was spectacular as far as details which were all sharp and easy to see.This will be a gift for my grandson who is serving in the military. The knife looks amazing.

This was an expensive (in my opinion) purchase specifically to wear to a friends funeral. It would’ve served that purpose nicely if it had arrived in time. Beautiful to look at even after close scrutiny. Very well made with a Fort Knox-like backing clasp.The makers knew they were producing an expensive piece and took every precaution to prevent loss. Bueno!
