I’m still trying it out but I was able to eat yogurt and ice cream with no issues! I took 1 tablet with the first bite of food and didn’t experience my usual stomach upset/ bloating / gas symptoms. The packaging is cute and easy to carry around which is the main reason I got it. I will probably cut up the blister pack into even smaller squares to make it more compact.

The product worked, I think. But it tasted disgusting and had a terrible texture while chewing. Definitely follow the instructions and take it with your first bite or drink. I chewed on it before eating (like Lactaid chewables allows for) and that was a mistake. It felt like I was chewing on chalky cardboard, and the last solid piece just wouldn't disintegrate. This is unflavored too, unlike the vanilla flavored stuff you can buy at the drug store, so it was just...gross.

These little tablets actually work. I was skeptical at first but one tablet does the work of 6 lactaid pills, and then some. The 2 additional enzymes cover all the bases we lactose intolerant people are missing from the other guys. Good stuff.

The instructions for this product are very unclear. I’m not sure if I have to swallow or chew it (like some of the Lactaid pills). If I was supposed to chew it, it tasted terrible. Once ingested it made my stomach feel strange.
