Hunted for several months to find a treadmill that we could put in our very small house for a family member we care for who has a severe weight problem and really wanted to use a treadmill. This one is not overly large and is holding up well under use by a 400 pound person. While it does not have a normal type of incline, you can lower the back end and give enough incline for our uses. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Great Quality, Great Price, Great Treadmill! I did a comprehensive review of available treadmills for the price. Also read many customer reviews. The frame of the unit is heavy metal construction. It is very quiet while operating. The 20 inch wide track is welcome. I can not imagine walking on a 15 or 16 inch wide unit. I am very happy with this treadmill.

Overall, this treadmill has been a solid addition to my home setup. Assembly was moderately easy—most of it came together without too much trouble, though it does take some time. The manual incline is a bit limited and requires some effort to adjust, but it does add a small extra challenge when walking or jogging. One issue I ran into was with the belt alignment. At first, it kept shifting to one side no matter how I adjusted it. After some trial and error, I was able to get it centered and now it stays in place, but it took patience to get it right. The best part is how sturdy the treadmill feels. I’ve been using it about 5 days a week for a couple of months, and it hasn’t shown any signs of wobbling or weakness. The large walking area is comfortable, and the motor keeps up well even at higher speeds. Exceeded my expectations of both functionality, build quality and overall size. Strong Quiet motor. Wide stable walking surface. Dashboard readout is clear and bright, and keeps track of walking steps and heart rate. The treadmill assembly and moving it to my basement was easy. So glad I chose this one.

I am so happy with my purchase. I am 6ft and approx 400lbs and I am able to walk on this with no problem. I bought this one because of the weight limit and of the wider belt. No issues of the belt lagging or catching and wide enough my feet didn’t rub the side of the treadmill. When I first got it and put it together the display did not work. I reached out to customer service and had a reply within hours on troubleshooting steps. The connector had came disconnected but was a pretty easy fox. Vivian from customer service has reached out multiple times to make sure all my issues were resolved and I was satisfied with everything. By far best customer service and great product!

Treadmill is way to small. The pictures make it look larger than it is and we are very unsatisfied with this product.

i had a huge, top of the line Nordictrack for 12 years. it was awesome. never needed lube. but 12 years of my fat ass jumping up and down on it took its toll. some of the bolts in the factory assembled undercarriage had worked lose. there was no way to flip this monster over and fix it. i dismantled it, and threw it out. i just couldnt bring myself to go through the hassle of a big machine again. im 61, and i brought this unit in to my house by myself. i assembled it in like 15 minutes, by myself. i can lift the back end up and wheel it around my living room no problem. i can disassemble it, and fold it up against a wall in about 15 minutes if i really need to. this is the TM024 model on the wellfit website. check it out if you havent. it shows how small it is when its folded. i think this machine is way more stable than my nordictrack ever was, since this doesnt incline. the base is SOLID. the motor is quiet. the LCD screen lays flat. its awesome. my phone and remotes are right where i need them to be, and they dont bounce around, because the machine is rock solid. the LCD readout looks like something from the bridge of the Starship Enterprise. my inner nerd really likes that. and honestly, the only readout i care about, is how fast im going, and how long ive been doing it. i dont need bells and whistles. ive only had the machine for a few days, so i will update about the longevity.

This treadmill is everything we were looking for in a treadmill. First, we wanted a wide treadmill belt--this one is 20"--perfect! Next, we wanted something that is easy to use. It has a very user-friendly console--even for a couple of older folks like us. It is very intuitive and is easy to operate. Love the app! It was easy to download and use. We sit the phone on the console--listen to the music and enjoy the running "track" video. In additional to the usual tracking--steps, distance, time, calories, etc., it tracks heartbeat. We have been very impressed with this treadmill. It's actually quieter than our previous walking pad. When looking, there are so many to select from. This one was chosen based on size and features. We are extremely happy with it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy it again.
