I’m honestly so impressed with these! Before I started taking them, I could run my hand through my hair and easily have at least 10 strands come out. Every time I washed my hair, I would also shed so much and end up with multiple clumps of hair. I’m sensitive to biotin and already have it in my daily multivitamin, so I was specifically looking for a hair growth supplement without it. I’ll be honest, I usually prefer gummy vitamins over capsules, but this product looked promising enough that I decided to give it a try. I just finished my first month, and I can genuinely say that my hair sheds so much less now. That alone makes these worth it to me. I’ve also noticed that I don’t have to wash my hair as often because it takes longer to get oily. My hair already feels fuller, so I think the new growth may be helping give it more thickness. My hair is already long, so I haven’t paid as much attention to length, but the difference in shedding has been very noticeable. These are a little pricey, but I think they are absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone with fine hair, a lot of shedding, or anyone who is sensitive to biotin.
