The product arrived in timely manner, it looks very nice/sharp. I would definitely buy it again. Since it’s a gift, I didn’t put it to the test.

Doesn't seem to leak. Everything fits and feels like good quality. Easy to clean. Very pleased and looking forward to some great tea on the go!

I was concerned about the chemicals used on everyday flosses such as Teflon, etc. and I'd heard about this natural bamboo floss so I decided to order it and give it a try. Well, it's the best floss I've ever used! The perfect thickness and smoothness to use in difficult places to get floss through. I love the minimal packaging and glass container it comes in. I now have my boyfriend hooked on it as well! Highly recommend.

I work nights so it's nice being able to have hot tea and the tea stays nice and warm does not cool unless I take the lid off.

It is lovely to look at but does not keep tea warm and leaks if you try to use a tea bag. Seal is already falling out. It says it’s for hot tea but falls apart with heated beverages

Doesn't keep drink warm like it claims but it does long enough to brew it. The top has came apart after 2 months. The top gets too hot at first so guess it's a good thing it doesn't stay hot. No longer leak proof either. Maybe 3 stars is too much. It's cute at least.
