Weleda Skin Food Brightening Serum Stick with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid

I would recommend this product to anyone in need of a skin brightening solution. Its compact size is perfect, making it travel-friendly. This serum definitely works—I’ve noticed a positive difference in my skin since using it, so I’m happy with the results overall. However, it has a bit of an old or stale scent, like it’s been sitting on a shelf for a while, which is a little off-putting. Also, the texture is very soft and a bit too delicate to apply directly to the skin. I have to use my finger to apply it, because when I try to glide it on as described, too much product comes off. Still, it’s effective and worth using—just not quite perfect.

I keep this product in my freezer it's absolutely fabulous going on my skin it leaves a high shine finish lightweight has a nice fragrance moisturizing absorption and effectiveness all meets my standards

This stick is not what I thought. I love this brand, but this is not an equivalent to a Vitamin C serum in my opinion. I’ve only used it for a week, so I can’t attest to its brightening and evening abilities. It is very hydrating and feels nice. But it is much thicker and goes on more like a sun screen. It takes a while to soak in. Where as a serum you can quickly layer the moisturizer on and then makeup routine. Directions say 10 minutes before moisturizer, but I would not use this if you have somewhere to be within an hour. Overall nice product but stick is a little more like a melted chapstick consistency, messier than I realized. I would not consider it lightweight if you are layering products quickly. Also my packaging looked like it could have been returned and the stick inside if used once or opened.

It's sticky! No facial product claiming SKIN FOOD or any SERUM for that matter should be sticky! It is a BRIGHTENING SERUM stick... I put some on and 30 min later my face still feels like I have a layer of honey or glue on it... it's stick-tacky. SERUMS are smooth and silky; or mine are... and if they aren't, it is because they have at least absorbed and I no longer feel them annoying me like fly catcher tape! I only bought this product because it was advertised. Silly me, I should have known better, infomercials, advertisements are not real. When celebrities advertise, it's a bunch of garbage!! They don't really use the product. Don't waste your money!!
