MNO Black Seed Oil High TQ 2% Nigella Sativa, 16 oz, Cold Pressed

This stuff is amazing! I am a regular user of Black Seed Oil ( 2x daily), and have tried multiple brands over the past several months. I must say Madre Nature black seed oil is the best I've used hands down! The packaging is well done, the bottle is glass for both the 8oz, and 16oz sizes, which is a huge plus. The oil itself is cold pressed, USDA certified organic, non-GMO, and is suitable for those who are in a vegan diet. The color is richer than other brands I've consumed including some of the most popular out there. The flavor is full, and can be compared to an earthy, nutty, slightly peppery taste in my opinion. Not as bad as some make it out to be. Now to what really matters, is this effective? Absolutely! I have found the Madre Nature brand to be the most pure, and effective black seed oil I've used to date. It has effectively gotten rid of my digestion issues, given me more energy during the day, helped me smash my workouts (15lbs lighter in two months) , and has done wonders for my hair and skin! Previous brands have worked but not to the same extent. I recommend trying this oil if you're looking for the highest quality on the market.

I have been taking black seed oil for so long and I’ve finally come to conclusion that the darker the oil, & the higher the TQ, the better. Some brands I’ve tried come in a light golden color. And yes, I still felt some good benefits and effects from them but I wasn’t sold on it or felt it was worth the hype.....But it wasn’t until I started trying the brands that are more darker in color, (as it should be based on research because fresh pressed black seed cumin oil is dark and it’s not always pleasant tasting. BUT it’s worth the sacrifice, considering a drink of water or some sort afterwards knocks it right out and it’s bringing healing and proper detoxification to the body). I am becoming a bso expert and I’ve tried enough brands to know what I’m talking about. Kiva is a great brand and NOW this one is as well. I would recommend and I’m adding this along in my stash. I’m sure there are other great brands out there, but I’m speaking from what I’ve researched and experienced for myself. I literally felt the effects almost immediately. My runny nose was gone the very next day when a cold was trying to settle in, & the pain I was feeling in my body was gone. My digestion is smoother, my skin is glowing since I’ve added it to my face regiment and don’t even get me started about my hair and nails... they’re growing outta control lol. I truly see the difference and feel it as well because it is potent. I haven’t got time to list all the amazing benefits that I’ve been witnessing but you guys get the point. Side note: this is not meant to heal or treat anything, because ultimately it is the power of prayer..... The lord made all herbs of the earth (bso isn’t man made). Ultimately nothing comes before HIM but he can lead you if you let him. I don’t like pharmaceutical medicine. Haven’t taken them in years and don’t plan to. I stay in good health. This stuff is great. I just hope the quality doesn’t change because that tends to happen when companies start making a lot of money 🙄🙄 quality goes down but hopefully that won’t be the case here. Hope this encourages someone!

I have to admit. This is a very rough taste. I would drink and always chase it was coffee, and this proved to help a bunch. I've finished the whole bottle and most substantial difference I've noticed is bloat has reduced and getting up in the morning doesn't feel so tough. I think, to see lasting results, it will take you more than one bottle. But given the THQ content that it has, as well as its price in a glass bottle, its a superb value. It's difficult to tell what's right or wrong, given as so many influencers will try to educate people by spitting out the same information, trying to market themselves as experts. But I take a TBSP in the morning and before bed, and as someone who isn't paid or expecting money from an affiliate link, I have to say that its a small cause for the outlook of better health, given all the research available on it. This brand, among other things, is also very reputable. I would choose this over guru nanda, looking at just the ingredients alone. You should be taking this pure, not blended with lower quality oils.

I am an acupuncturist and often recommend black seed oil to my friends and clients. I do not have any financial interest in this or any company selling black seed oil. I think Madre Nature black seed oil is an excellent product. It has a rich, pungent taste and produces all the beneficial effects of any good black seed oil. In particular, if you have stomach problems, like gastritis, acid reflux, GERD, etc. black seed oil with a little honey once or twice a day is very beneficial and in some cases, can resolve the problem completely. I believe that black seed oil may also be beneficial for a number of other health issues such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, etc. And, I find that it lifts the mood and increases energy. Personally, I question the company's claim that their product contains 1.08% TQ (Thymoquinone), which is one of the key naturally occurring medicinal ingredients of the oil. According to the literature that I have read, the pressed oil from black seed (nigella sativa) usually contains 0.45% TQ at the upper end of the range. I have doubts if anyone could produce an oil with more than twice this normal amount on a consistent basis. I have asked the company to provide their lab results to support this claim and if I get it, I will update this review. As always when buying natural health products, it's a good idea to take the time to do some reading.

This is one potent product and I'm very impressed. I have to say, "this is not your mother's sipping tea". If your looking for results, Madre's brand Black Seed Oil will deliver. One would have to try hard to be disappointed. In all honesty, I have to say, everything I've tried from Madre so far, has been great. You're probably thinking, "what about those other bands. I tried a couple and it took 6 days for me to notice results. After that the effects were sporadic. So when I ran out of those I decided to test something new. That brand was Madre. My goodness, where I was expecting a 6 day time frame, it took effect the same night. I ingested a tbl spoonful just before bedtime and the only words that came to mind is, WOW! I'm sure you're saying to yourself, "How do I know it took effect if I was sleep"? Wweelll, around 6:00 in the morning I was awakened by ... You know ...... I was at full salute. The thing is, that wasn't even the reason I took it. I had injured my knee and was in so much pain. No, no it was way past pain. I had laser therapy, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, motrin, and colloidal silver all in a months time. I experienced "0" RESULTS! Then it came to me, Black Seed Oil is said to be an excellent anti inflammatory. So immediately I order a bottle. Before the week was over, after receiving it, my pain level was reduce by 75%. Yeah you heard me, 75%. That was huge for me! Now I can't wait to try it to support my workouts and bike riding. Madre, hats off to you for getting it right the first time. You have a fan for life!

Opting for a healthy alternative to improve my health

We were very excited when Madre Nature recently started offering a new 2.43% TQ Black Seed Oil from Turkey - which is over double the TQ from the original Madre product. We contacted Madre to see if this higher percentage was naturally-occurring, or if extra TQ was added to bring it up to that higher percentage. We were very pleased to find out that the 2.43% is not spiked with extra TQ, but is in fact naturally-occurring. We have been taking the Madre product from India for almost 2 years now, and love it. So to now have an even higher naturally-occurring TQ percentage is great. (A note regarding "Naturally-Occurring": In studies with cellular/organ systems comparing the therapeutic benefits between a naturally-occurring chemistry versus spiking that same natural chemistry back into the product, it was found that the naturally-occurring chemistry had more pronounced therapeutic effects than when spiking the natural chemistry back into the product. In fact, in some tests when spiking the natural chemistry there was no therapeutic benefit on some markers, and in some cases there was even an inflammatory response produced with the spiked chemistry. With the naturally-occurring chemistry it was consistently more therapeutic on the multiple cellular markers they were testing - without any inflammatory response. So you are much better off when you can find a product which has the active ingredient/chemistry naturally-occurring.) Original Madre 1.08% TQ Black Seed Oil Review: It's not difficult to discover the many benefits of taking Black Cumin Seed Oil - including helping to prevent Type 1 & 2 Diabetes, Improved Glucose Tolerance, Antioxidants, Immunity Boosting - just to name a few (check out Dr. Mercola and Dr. Axe's websites, among others for more info). For me, I immediately noticed the Black Seed Oil (just one eyedropper full) made falling asleep easier and promoted deeper sleep. I did not know that this was one of the benefits, but was pleasantly surprised! Update… Since buying a bottle of this a couple of weeks ago, we just ordered another 4 oz. bottle. I’ve been telling my wife so much about how good this makes me sleep that she wanted her own bottle to keep with her supplements. It’s good for a lot for a lot of other things, but the way it helps with sleep is enough reason for us alone. I don't know why it works so well, but now I don't have to use Melatonin, 5-HTP and L-Theanine to sleep well. I just use an eyedropper or two of the Black Seed Oil and it knocks me out! If I wake up 4 hours later (which I normally do, even with Melatonin and the other supplements), I just take another eyedropper or two, and quickly back to sleep I go. This works better than anything I’ve ever tried for a good night’s sleep, and without any kind of “hangover” like Melatonin can give.

I've had this oil for approximately 2 weeks. So far, I really like this product. I have applied topically to my hair/scalp as well as taken internally. I have some hair thinning issues and there is lot of information online regarding Black Seed oil's ability to aid in hair growth. I just went to my beautician this week and she noticed a slight increase in hair growth in some of the thinning areas! I did not tell her about my oil usage. It's still early for me to rate higher since I haven't had the product that long, but I am going to continue to faithfully use! As for internally, I have drizzled the oil over salads and other foods after it's been cooked as I wasn't sure if this oil should be heated. The taste is VERY strong (definitely needs to be be mixed with something)! I have found it works best as a salad dressing mixed with a vinaigrette just as you would use olive oil. Still to early to speak on internal health, but I'll know soon enough when I go for my yearly bloodwork/check-up. I believe in the power of the body to heal itself when given the proper nutrients. I will continue using this product!
