Great for 3 months then stopped working with Spotify Kids which was why I had bought it. Tried factory reset and other things suggested online. Basically became totally useless to me on the 3 months mark. Annoying as I bought 2 of them.

This was a great gift for our son. We haven’t allowed him to have a phone yet which bums him out, but this was a great gift. Comes with Spotify kids, so we can control and provide him with tons of music. You can download books to read, and has other fun features like a calculator! It may not be a phone…but he’s pumped about it.

This is a good basic easy-to-use device that is almost completely locked down. It's very suitable for kids who don't need to be downloading stuff or adding apps, but it would probably be frustrating for an adult who wants anything more than a music player. It's pretty easy to use, and does its basic job well - just don't expect anything resembling a tiny tablet - it's not that.

After a few uses, the MP3 is no longer working. With a full charge, the screen will appear to turn on, the logo appears but then it shuts off. We can’t figure out what the problem is.
