Not usefull and over priced.
The ball is not worth the amount it is specified for and it does not help you at all. Better than this buy a local ball for 1000 instead of spending so much on this ball. Highly overpriced ,there are many in the market for way cheaper with same use.

He tenido varias bolas de entrenamiento de otra marca ( powerball) , tuve una de plástico y otra de metal y aunque buenas eran más grandes y en el caso de la de metal bastante más pesada que la RPM Power Ionic. Al yo tener un tamaño de mano en mi opinión normal ( ni pequeña ni grande) esta bola de RPM al ser mas pequeña (un 30%) es perfecta, además que puedo usarla unos minutos , la otra al ser más grande y pesada costaba usarla después de 1 minuto. Con esta bola puedo hacer el movimiento de muñeca perfectamente.

似たものがたくさん出ていますがこちらはオリジナルだそうで、 やや高価ですがトラブルの心配が少ないです。 手首、指、肩から肘のトレーニングに確かに有効です。 使い慣れると負荷の加減ができるので、 強くも弱めを長くも自由自在です。 難点は、ウォンウォンとプルバックの駆動音が出ることです。 それでも、類似商品の中ではマシなほうのようです。 ゴルフや野球など、スポーツされてる方にはおすすめです。

Funziona bene, dopo un po' di pratica. Mi sono divertito abbastanza e conto di usarla regolarmente. Un attrezzo che mi piace molto.
