LoveSome Baking Powder, 8.10 Ounce

I went back to read some reviews because I noticed a really bitter taste in my cakes when I used this.I didn’t see any clumps; but some parts of the cake were very bitter.The first time I just assumed I hadn’t mixed the batter well though I was sure I had more than done so.This time I was more careful and still had the same resultSince I seldom bake, it’s way too late to return this but I’m going to throw it out and buy my regular brand.Perhaps this was a bad batch?

I will not buy this product again. It always clumps and doesn't mix well into baked goods. There always ends up being lots of spots in my pancakes, sweet beads, and cakes where you get a bitter bite of a small clump of baking powder.

Was looking for aluminium free and the search results showed this. It is not.

This baking powder is very clumpy. I could see it when I measured it, but the worst part was when we ate the pancakes. The clumps didn't mix into the batter, and there were very bitter-tasting clumps in the pancakes.

Great not to have to go to the grocery store when it’s 30 minutes away over mountainous roads!

Used this to make pancakes a few times...the first time it was very clumpy and we got bitter tasting clumps in the pancakes. Next time I sifted it, so no clumps. Kids didn't complain, but I could taste it, not in a good way. Going to try a different one next time, something aluminum free.
