Very effective, magnesium based
These antacid/anti-gas tablets really work, and fast! They are very effective for heartburn, upset stomach, bloating, and acid reflux. They work almost instantly. Gelusil is one of the few are magnesium-based antacids (actually the only one I've found), which has the added benefit of the dietary supplement while helping with constipation. Highly recommend.

Gelusil Antacid & Anti Gas Tablets does a wonderful job of immediately giving me heartburn relief, including acid reflux but since you are instructed to chew them up, it's best to have a glass of water to wash the remaining residue down. This will eliminate a gritty taste in your mouth. I will continue to purchase this product.
