I’ve been using SPORTTAPE Zinc Oxide Tape for rugby, and it’s been a solid go‑to for support and protection. The tape feels strong and sticks well even through heavy scrums and long matches, giving good stability to wrists, ankles, and other joints. The 3.8 cm width is just right for taping larger areas without feeling bulky, and it holds up well against sweat and movement. It’s not the easiest to tear by hand, but that’s a small trade‑off for how reliable it feels once applied. Overall, a dependable choice if you need durable, supportive tape for rugby or other high‑intensity sports.

My husband suffered with large blisters when training for his 18 mile charity walk. I bought this for the actual event and it worked amazingly! Unfortunately he still got a blister next to the area he covered but that's due to not covering the area of his foot fully. But the parts of his feet that had the tape on, were well protected. He said he couldn't feel it and it is literally like having another layer of skin to protect your real skin. I would highly recommend this product, but just make sure you're covering all areas fully and correctly as necessary.

DO NOT PUT THIS TAPE STRAIGHT ON TO THE SKIN. This tape is so strong that it took my skin off on first application. I didn't read the I structures (assumed it was normal bandage tape). It's far from skin safe. Use with caution.

A very good product but for me the stickiness is too strong. If you tape over a hairy arm or leg, be prepared for your top layer of skin to be removed.

Good tape for sports and easy to take off .

Did a 30 mile walk, was invaluable. Stuck where I put it and aided in keeping blisters to a minimum. Great product

If you only need a small amount of strong tape for minor uses, this is probably fine. I do find it annoying, though. it easily sticks to itself because the tape material is not very thick and requires careful handling. It's hard to apply to the back because of this. I do note that it has irritated my skin because of the tape being inclined to pull at its edges rather than at its centre. If the tape is not looped to attach to itself, it does not like to remain stuck to the body and I've had issues with it detaching itself and with the edges of the tape very easily catching and peeling. I wouldn't really recommend this product except for its basic strength and convenience for small and simple jobs. I think you'd be better served by buying cheaper tape for mostly the same effects, or by buying more expensive tape to avoid some of its problems.

Very good product, very good price and quick service

Muy resistentes. Se pegan muy bien a la piel y me han salvado de grandes ampollas y rozaduras. Aun con la humedad y mojados, mis talones han salido intactos de largas caminatas (12 horas-16 horas de caminata sin desprenderse). Además, andando durante cinco días prácticamente sin parar, con dos cambios diarios cubriendo todas las zonas susceptibles de rozadoras de los pies y poniendo doble refuerzo de cinta, no he llegado ni a acabar el primer rollo. También se lo dejé a una compañera y los ha comprado para la próxima ruta. Estamos encantadas. Los volveríamos a comprar
