I was pleasantly surprised by how useful this whole milk powder has been. It has a creamy taste and works well for more than just emergency pantry backup. Way to go all the way. I like my milk on the creamy side so use a little extra when mixing it. The taste is great. Some may complain it doesn't mix well but I use it with warm water, wait a couple minutes and it's good to go. I continue to purchase this item on a regular basis.

Not crazy about the taste, but I love it for baking and cooking. I keep several pounds on hand because we live out a ways, and I’m not doing a trip to town for milk! It’s good for mixing with other flavors (chocolate milk) A little glumpy, mix with warm water for sure!!
