Amazing! I’m on twice a day meds for severe acid reflux and still feel the burning tightness in my throat some days. I bought this on a whim and so glad I did. The tropical favor is nice. It does get a little hard but stick with it. It gets softer as you chew. The gum is a little smaller than a nickel and one piece is perfect. I will be buying more to keep in my purse and the car.

Update:I'm back after using this product for about 2 months to purchase some more For an upcoming trip. I just noticed that many of the negative reviews are mentioning texture or flavor. Just wanted to say this is a functional gum, where you can get the benefits of a reflux remedy in a very easy to carry form. Yes the flavor doesn't last a long time ( which I find to be the case with most gums anyway) and if you chew it cold it can be a bit crumbly. I warm it up for a minute or so in my hand sometimes, but I honestly don't mind the temporary crumbly texture. It comes together really quickly and it does its job as an alginate. That's what I'm after!I really like the gel and hoped this product would be effective as well. It is! Easy to have in my purse or pocket when I need it in a pinch.I got the tropical flavor and it's tasty.

Yeah, the texture is off and the flavor lasts maybe a minute but it does help with heartburn and reflux.

These do relieve acid reflux but chewing them is like chewing caulk. The flavor is fine and they do work but texture is awful.

It tastes pretty good and definitely helps ease mild flare-ups after meals. Sometimes I chew it preventatively, and that seems to work too. It’s pricey, but that’s kind of par the course for medicinal things like this.
