Our 4223F polyurethane conformal coating is a heat curing, one part product that provides an excellent scratch, chemical resistant finish, meets UL 94-V0, and free of xylene and other hazardous air pollutants. This one part coating is easy to use and repair: it does not require special or costly equipment or materials. It is ideal for chemically challenging environments. The 4223F urethane protects electric circuits against aggressive chemicals, moisture, dirt, dust, thermal shocks, and scratches. This avoids corrosion and physical damages to electric components. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges, allowing for traces to be put closer to one another. Review: Good company with great products you can trust in, just use common sense - Used to coat an AliExpress special clone of a Vzor-1 red dot I plan on trying out, before I found a company that produced them already "waterproof." Worked very well for what I needed, coated a few times once everyday and let dry overnight. Dries quickly it seemed and ease of application was perfect and what you would expect. Protection level is yet to be tested but I trust that it will be much better off than the uncoated PCB it was beforehand. Size is of a standard spray paint bottle. Review: Moisture protection when you need it - I can't stress enough how valuable this conformal coating has been in safeguarding my PCBs, especially those I anticipate will be exposed to high humidity or outdoor conditions. In fact, I've made it a rule of thumb to apply conformal coating to virtually any outdoor PCB, regardless of whether it's in a covered location. The reason is simple – even humidity can be surprisingly corrosive over time, leading to damage in solder joints and sensitive components. Applying this conformal coating is a breeze, and I appreciate how user-friendly it is. It doesn't require a complicated application process, making it accessible even for those with limited experience in PCB protection. What truly sets it apart is its durability. Once applied, I can trust that it forms a reliable barrier against the elements, ensuring the longevity and performance of the PCB. In essence, this conformal coating has become an essential step in my PCB protection process, especially for any electronics exposed to outdoor or high-humidity environments. It's a cost-effective and practical solution that adds an extra layer of defense, ultimately extending the lifespan of valuable electronics. If you're looking to enhance the durability of your PCBs and safeguard them against humidity or outdoor conditions, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this conformal coating a try.

Very impressive
This stuff is impressive. It forms a very thin but durable protective barrier after curing for a couple minutes at 100C. It even survived 24hrs in pirhana solution with zero visible corrosion! Edit: 99% IPA works great for removing it if necessary. Let the PCB boil in the alcohol for 10-15 minutes and it can be scrubbed off with a toothbrush.

Cap gets clogged
It worked well for the first few projects, but the cap must have gotten jammed after a few uses, and now I have an almost full can that I can't use. I've tried cleaning the cap, but it won't spray

Works great, cures well at room temp
Easy to apply in even coatings. I use to protect PCB assembly for harsh corrosive environments. I apply in single coat a few mils thick and is dry enough to complete assembly in a few hours at room temperature. Highly recommended over acrylic types.

Did the job.
Used to spray a replacement circuit board on my max fan in my camper that may be subject to moisture contamination. So far no problems.

Great for circuit boards in wet area
Needs to be cured in an oven on low heat but it performed well and didn’t leave an odor or residue. Used on an RV heater board notorious for water damage. Applied this to the new board and it looks very well sealed and works great. Expect it to last much longer.

Conformal Coat all the boards!
This stuff lays down a nice, fairly flat, fairly thick layer of poly coating. Great for waterproofing a board I was working on and reducing the effects of vibration.

The company offers acrylic, urethane and epoxy products for electronics board protection or other uses. I choose the urethane as it's more durable than the acrylic but not as tough as the epoxy. Urethane is very durable and thicker and flows well. The urethane base rests in the middle regards cost and durability. Have used these products before and work well. I will be spraying a dishwasher circuit board that is known for moisture buildup and then developing shorts. This product is good for cheap preventative maintenance. No complaints.

Great product, I used it on my exercise equipment to stop sweat rusting it.

Bought to preserve some 70's vintage PCBs with no solder-mask following a repair (and noticing a lot of fingerprints etched into the traces...) Goes on really nicely with good build-up, dries fully in a couple of hours without too much odour so I was able to use it indoors. I missed something on one board and was able to solder through the coating with no problems - no need to strip it or use a ton of flux. I've always avoided conformal coatings but would definitely use this again.
